Data Analytics and Business Intelligence for Companies

We deliver data analytics and business intelligence for companies that want to base decisions on numbers, not guesswork: a single data platform, executive reports leadership trusts, and dashboards people use every day.

Who this service is for

We work with CFOs, CEOs, and IT managers at companies in Romania where monthly reporting still means whole days spent in Excel. The signs are familiar: sales and finance report different figures for the same metric, data is scattered across the ERP, the CRM, and local files, and a new report takes weeks. You typically reach out to us when leadership wants a consolidated view of the business, after an acquisition has brought in new systems, or ahead of an AI project that needs clean, reliable data.

What is included

  • Unified data platform — A data architecture that brings your ERP, CRM, operational systems, and external files together in one place, with shared metric definitions, in a data warehouse or data lake sized to your company's actual data volume.
  • Executive reporting — A focused set of leadership reports built on the agreed metrics, refreshed automatically and documented, replacing the Excel files consolidated by hand at every month-end close.
  • Team dashboards — Interactive dashboards, in the BI tool you already use or one we choose together, built around each team's daily decisions: sales, inventory, cash flow, or operational performance.
  • Data quality control — Automated rules that check completeness, duplicates, and consistency on every load, plus a named owner for each important dataset, so errors are corrected at the source.
  • Data engineering and Databricks — Automated data pipelines and, where the volume justifies it, Databricks implementations for enterprise-scale processing and machine learning models.

How we work

  1. Inventory of data and questions

In the first two to three weeks, we work with leadership to establish which decisions need to be backed by data, take stock of the existing sources, and assess their real quality.

  2. The first dashboard

Four to six weeks after the project starts, we deliver the first executive report on real data, for one priority area, so you can validate the definitions before we build further.

  3. Expanding the platform

We add new sources and areas in iterations of two to four weeks, with every metric documented and checked together with the team that uses it.

  4. Operations and improvement

After launch, we monitor data loads daily, fix quality issues, and review the reports every quarter to retire the ones nobody uses anymore.

Frequently asked questions

Do we need a data warehouse?

Not always. If you have two or three data sources and simple reports, a well-built data model directly in your BI tool may be enough. A data warehouse becomes necessary when you combine many systems, keep several years of history, or have several teams working with the same metrics.

How long does it take to get the first dashboard?

Typically four to six weeks from the start of the project, for one priority area and on real data. The timeline depends mainly on access to the source systems and on data quality, which we assess in the first weeks so that the date we confirm is realistic.

How much does a business intelligence project cost?

The cost depends on the number of data sources, their quality, and the number of reports you need. After the inventory stage, you receive a phased estimate; the first phase, up to the first working dashboard, is quoted separately, so you see results before committing to a larger investment.

What do we need to prepare for a data analytics project?

A list of the systems where your data lives, read access for our team, the reports you use today, and, most importantly, a few business questions you want answered. Your data does not need to be clean at the outset; assessing its quality is part of the project.

Who maintains the reports after launch?

You can take them over in-house: we document every metric and every data flow and train your key users. If you prefer, we run the platform and build new reports for you, with a predictable monthly budget and response times agreed from the start.
